balham bouncer also got a very impressive one (being his frst outing and all that!)

bear, my watch was 23:41. previous PB ws 24:22 and that one was a mistake anyway as it was the week they messed the times up!

how pleased????? oh, extremely!! am a little bouncy ray of sunshine now today!

Me too. Floating on air. 19:40 ish 15 seconds better than previous PB.

I beat TMW!!!! That must feel so terrible, TMW. To run a PB and still be beaten by someone who could be your granddad. Having just run a marathon and a 10k is no excuse. :-)

Mind you - we were both nearly beaten by a 14 year old!

Well done you fasties :)

No PB for me, but i did do a faster second half (just) and i felt fairly much in control.

Then i got home and broke the other shower!!!! got to clean out yet another cupboard before plumber gets here grrrrrrrrrr ;-(

PB - I woke up late for one but my scooter went in for a service yesterday and they found a problem with it that was potnetially dangerous so I didn't have it to get there even if I had got up!

Should be back to normal for next week - but looks like I may have Stumpy chasing not far behind me the rate she's going! I'll be shooting to beat 23 mins this time round though after my time at ELmbridge
