Outside swimming pool was very welcome for a dip afterwards. I didn't run very well, but that's entirely my doing. The organisers did really well with the heat with an extra water station and a hose pipe spray thing set up. Nice to meet Paulhiles at the start and a gold medal winner
Loca Aug 2012 7:41pm, 19 Aug 2012 2,047 posts	0 Loca My worst HM result since 2007, (if I don't include the crazy HM on holiday in Guadeloupe and Hastings HM that I did as a training run) but as a serious race, this was a bad day at the running office for me! Heat may have played a part as I have felt like crap all afternoon!
