I've not run it before but people who have tell me that the hills get a bit over-hyped, though our club runs tend to involve some toughish hills so I guess it depends on what kind of elevation you're used to training at. I've signed up and am looking forward to it.

I'm glad I did it, for the experience alone, but it won't be up there amongst my favourite races. I thought the organisers and marshals did a cracking job. I saw a couple of guys suffering from severe dehydration in the latter part of the race and hope they were okay afterwards. Well done to all who took part!
