See this as an opportunity to improve the pedalling of your uninjured leg. Only wear the one shoe and push/pull/make pretty circles with that foot, leaving the other one hanging crippled. Then, when your leg is better, pedal for 60 miles using only that leg to balance things up. |

I thought of you the other day Jen. Ran down Bosley Cloud (very rocky) unscathed only to fall A over T in some soft mud. I woke up with a small bruise on my forehead, my sunglasses over my chin, my knee cut and bruised (still swollen badly but able to run now), a bruised shoulder and my two dogs really panicked, tugging at my shirt and shorts! Bless 'em.
