On my way. Stupidly tired, considering I was out for 2 hours and drank only lime and soda last night, then asleep by 1am. Head is saying give it at least a bit of effort but I'm not sure how cooperative the body will be.

38:36 on the Garmin! Absolutely delighted. Cracking race, brilliantly organised and despite a massive blister I'll definitely run this again. Can't make it to the pub I'm afraid, hope you all enjoy. |

No PB for me today but my aim was to get Ed round his first 10k. I think he beat me by about 20 secs. Great race once again, followed by a bit of grub and a drink with like minded Fetchies. Just the kickstart I needed for 2013 😊

It was just nice to get out and run again...:-) I was slow and it wasn't pretty......but I loved it.....aching from head to toe now..... Nice to meet Paula, Naomi (weve met before) and the chief....(aka Dave sorry mate) and wine legs and James...although it was only a quick hello....:-) And of course Bint.....my inspiration..... So glad I ran now.....:-) Off for a rest.....:-) |
