Ah, would make it even more fun Mulbs :)

Brighton b&b's always seem to require a 2 night stay over the weekend, which can be a pain. Its the same even in February when I've booked up for the half marathon.

Training was going ok until a fall in the snow damaged my knee... Physio said "no running for 4 weeks".... great prep :( So that leave me with 8 weeks to get back on plan... bye bye sub 4hrs!

Hmm like the idea of using the sea at the end of the run instead of having an ice bath ! So if u see anyone in the sea up to their waist that idiot will be me :)
