So how's the training going? I had a wobbly when my knee stopped cooperating on stairs 2 weeks ago and had to rest up but am happy to report I did a ten-miler on Sunday with no ill effects :-)

Pretty good here. 16 last week, 14 today. Half mara at the weekend then grind up the distance to April :-)

Also been doing intervamals and tempo runs which have been surprisingly enjoyable!

Training is going well. 15 miles yesterday and lots of intervals and cross training. :-)

Just over 11 miles Saturday. I could have gone further, but I fell over about 6 miles in and wanted to get home and tend my injuries! Probably be doing about 15 next weekend.
