Hmmm. The place I was going to stay aat for this has fallen through, as my housemates friend has fallen out with his boyfriend. Sigh.

Anyone give me any tips on websites for cheap-arse hotels for this scruffy Northerner?

We're staying in a cheapo, scruffy looking B&B called the Iron Duke. To be honest as long as it's clean and has a bed and a bathroom, I'm happy. :-)
