Have had sciatica since July so training is very stop/start hopefully I will be okay though!

Have you tried the Mckenzie method Nikaim? Worked for me.

I had a cracking training run today, on the back of 6 hour drinking and 6 hours sleep. I was dry retching all the way to the rv point with Miss P.....then went out and ran a perfect training run.... 4:18

my soilid base of training has gone all squelchy. ligament injury keeping me off the streets at the mo. But I'm not panicking - yet!

I'm not going to make this race, anyone know of a male who may want to buy my place and run in my name? Not in the rules I know but that's what I did with VLM last year. Otherwise I'll be deferring. There will also soon be a spare hotel room at the Premier Inn going too.
