i've just watched the youtube clip from a few pages back and it looks wonderful - i can hardly wait to do this one.

I would say that right now I'm happy to wait to do this. Even thought I know what fun it was this year....this race will be my first marathon [apart from my first ever marathon] where I am actually going for a time.

Going to look at a sub 3:30 which means knocking off 5 mins on my PB from VLM2010. Then if I get in VLM2011 on the ballot will look to coast round and enjoy the day rather than look at a time.

If for any reason any folk are unable to run Brighton Mara 2011 and want to transfer to another runner, please bear me in mind. I will of course pay the entry fee.The race site details say they allow transfer up til 31st october.

I suppose once folk know they're in or out of VLM, places for transfer MAY come up.
