this year my amble was a shameful 5.48 - in my defence I developed a pig of a blister that doubled the size of my little toe from mile 8 onwards . . . hoping for better this year, would love to be around the 5

As I didn't even make it past mile 10 this year I will be very happy to amble round!

And I'll be stocking up on echinacea and wearing a face mask in the weeks before to minimise the chance of revolting viruses scuppering my ability to run...
