back from hols, huge thanks to fetchpoint, I was looking for you from mile18,felt too sick to take any of the food offerings but the support gave me a much needed boost. It was fab shouting and being shouted at to/by fetchies on the switch back!

sorry to who I was moaning at at the end! I had poured so much water over myself and made the most of the showers/hosepipe I was absolutely drenched so as soon as I stopped I was really cold and needed to change, I was fine once I had wrapped my foil blanket round me and changed under it, sorry if anyone got an unwelcome flash but by that point I just didn't care!
I must have latched onto Mrs. TZ as I was keeping the 4.15 pacer in sight for the last 2 miles and followed her from a distance, please say thanks to her for me TZ, it was great as I was having to have walk breaks but I knew if I could see her I wouldn't be too far off my target :-)
