I sneezed three times this morning, but all is well now.

Just printed off the directions from the place we are staying to Preston Park, looks like we are 1.5 miles away so not too bad!

Mrs W - I've been aching more in the taper than at any time during training. I'm sure I've just become hyper/over sensitive.
A month ago my legs had to be falling of to stop me from running, now I'm panicking at every ache.
My wife has the right attitude - she's confident I'll all disappear as soon as the starting gun/klaxon goes off - let's hope so.

Good luck everyone - I guess some will be heading down tonight.
Have a good race and hope to meet some of you around the start and finish.
I'll try to remember to shout HOOVER at mile 19 :-)

18 degrees, Sun, low wind.

Good day for the spectators, not sure about the rest of us!

If it all goes wrong, at least we had a nice day tanning by the sea...

FurryFeet - that's exactly what Mr W and I think. It will all just magically disappear once the race starts. I hope. :-)
