Yay TecT, have you picked up all the info you need from the thread -- basically we'll be at about mile 19, which is on Kingsway, and I think we'll be opposite a turning for Vallance Gardens -- purely because there's a pedestrian crossing there with railings handy for tying balloons etc.

OOOh - i remember miles 17 - 20 being the hardest for me last year so Fetchpoint is well positioned. I will try to make it too (cant promise at the moment though)
