I have just eaten carrot cake (on the hoof like a greedy pig) and am waiting for my vegetable pasta thingy to heat in the microwave. Can't stop eating. The heady combination of carb loading and PMT.

And to go skinny dipping if you get a sub 4, which at London equates to getting a sub 5 because it is obviously longer.

The Thames is your alternative to our Brighton seafront...
