Still no running for me this week. Still got the sore throat, though it doesn't seem to be doing anything else right now.

Might try and kill or cure 3 miles tomorrow.

Got to be shorts for me on Sunday. I always do races in shorts, even The Grim back in January, cos I'm 'ard like that :)
