I'm out just sent the email now I'm so gutted ITB didn't settle down and even though its pain free its about as tight as it can possibly be there's not a chance of doing any sort of distance without doing damage |

ooooh bad luck Monkex - what a gutter! You must know you've done the best thing though? Once I'd stopped the mental torture of "can I, can't I" and realised that actually I couldn't it was a relief in a weird way - which isn't to say I don't wish I was still in - and I can work on making things right for next year. Big hugs though |

I've just had my Tesco delivery and can tell you that Fetchpoint will have (at the very least) 72 Jaffa cakes 375 jelly babies 32 flapjacks 40 brownies 8 cans of fat Coke If you watch the course video, look out for a pedestrian crossing / traffic lights at about mile 19. We'll be on your right on a traffic island (cos we need something to tie the banner and balloons to!) |

Sorry to hear of late withdrawals gutting... Eva I'd go for shorts even if you've trained in tights, as long as you're used to running in them and they're not new kit. |
