I like that video of the fans. They have tried to build a Large Hadron Collider with fans and a balloon. :)

I get cramp in my left leg (hammies or calf) when my back is a strained. The only time I've had it in a race was in my left hamstrings halfway through Berlin marathon last September. I think that was electrolytes as I stretched it out, had a gel from the food/drink station and a few minutes later it eased off. The leg hurt for days after though.

Max has it I think. I will see if I can get it from her -- shouldn't be too difficult since we're practically neighbours.
