When I don't run I get bored. When I'm bored I shop. Don't like clothes shopping (unless it's running stuff), and have more expensive uncomfy shoes than I can shake a stick at.

I love gadgets. I might go and put my head through the hole in a minute and take some photos. Because I can.

I dunno. I watch a bit of a video on John Lewis about it for a minute before I got bored. It sucks in air through the holes at the bottom, then chucks it out of a small gap round the outside of the circle. There was a bit about it multiplying the air a million times* when it chucks it out because the circle is shaped the same as a plane wing. Or something. I just like the fact I can put my head the whole way through it :-)

Mr Dyson says it is so good I won't need the AC on in the bedroom when it gets hot in the summer. Husband is yet to be convinced.

*this may be a slight exageration

Just done the Bournemouth half, legs felt really heavy, even had a touch of cramp at 10 m, I must drink more

Sounds like you need electrolites to me, OB. Isn't cramp usually caused by lack of salt?
