Poots - today's intake (keeping in mind that I generally don't eat chocolate, crisps or cake):

Muesli and soya milk
Cereal bar
Fruit stick
Creme Egg
Chocolate digestive
2 x Hersheys kisses (rank)
Egg and cress sandwich
Packet of low fat crisps (moot point by now)
Chelsea Bun
Strawberry, raspberry and grape salad
Soya yog

I'm goin to Gaucho for dinner tonight too. Today is written off. Back to low GI and healthy eating on Saturday...hopefully. :-0

Pootle - my eating is still outrageous! I will have to have the roof cut off my house and be lifted by crane to the start! ;) In all seriousness though I am eating a lot but am being fairly healthy.....apart from the bottle of rioja and pack of twiglets i bought at lunchtime :)

Oooo no it isn't Johnny.

It can't be because the lovely people in M&S sell little sealed single glasses of wine now. And if M&S sell it, it must be ok.

I'm going for a paddle first, and will probably try and find somewhere a bit out of the way to change out of smelly sweaty, wet kit (that may or may not have sick down it too).
