I was on the phone moaning to my husband somewhere between 20 - 23 miles and ran through a shower. I thought my phone was a goner. You'll be relieved to know it wasn't.

Thats good. Its one of those things that would have kept me awake.

I cant imagine running whilst being on the phone though. How do you do that? Are you not out of breath?

It was more like stumbling than running. And I was moaning, which helped with the pain. Can't remember if I was actually breathing.

Damn I'm in the green pen. 4.5 - 5 hours.
I suppose that destroys my plan of running with the 4 hour pacing group.
