Yes now officially v excited and judging by today's run feeling fairly confident, I'm not going to say 4 hours but I may get somewhere near :)

Had a mare of a run b4 tapir, managed 16m and body just shut down, did manage 21 last weekend though. Dont suppose any one travelling down from Alton or passing through it on the way down to brighton, OH not keen on spending at least 5 yrs whilst waiting for me with a 2 yr kid. Has anyone else downloaded the i phone app? Its pretty good. Your supporters can see where you are on the course.

Does anyone know how I can broadcast this info to arm chair supporters who have pcs but don't have i phones (the older generation).
