There's a box to the right of your screen where you can change the header (only shows up if you're the thread owner). It's small but formats ok.

I am a little glum I will not be participating this year after I looked forward to it for so long, will try and get down and fetchpoint though, go marathoners whoop whoop!!!

I had a good run today, 22 miles, nice and strong. But I *still* think I'm going to mess it up on the day and fall to pieces ...
