I don't know if this has been discussed already (sorry if it has) but is anyone else travelling down by train from London on Sunday morning?

I'm planning on taking the 06:20 from Victoria to Preston Park, gets in just after 07:30.

Is that all? :) Can't wait!, 10 miler for me tonight at race pace 15 at the weekend, then 1 more intense week, 22 miles the following weekend and then tapir!

Ahh I have a lovely short half marathon this weekend. Never, ever did I think I'd actually look forward to running a distance like 13 miles because it was "easy" and would only take 2 hours! The 22 miles next weekend and taper. Whoo hoo!

Headtorch run through the forest tonight so won't be fast. Had a cracking track interval session last night, looking forward to getting into some shorter stuff training for the summer, where the weekend running doesn't affect the whole day!

Back to backs for me this weekend, two 15 milers although one of them with be Sukidog assisted :-)
