That's what I though FF until I found these GU gels.... hard to get hold of but very good. Probably more like the shot blok than a gel to be honest.

I use this for a caffeine boost, because it's fluid it starts working pretty quickly and it apparently "peaks" in your blood stream after an hour. To be honest, I would be more inclined to take Pro Plus rather than anything containing (probably unnecessary) paracetamol that could stop you picking up on a potential injury.
