I have a foam roller, which is similar, helped me come back from and i think was insrumental in my recovery from a piriformis injury :)

Well I know it's a bit early to start claiming miracle cures, but The Stick has loosened my legs to the same degree as a decent sports massage. Not bad for 30 quid. Just did a cheeky 5k no aches at all. Wow :-)

confidence boosted with a 5.05 26 miler today, hope to shave 40 minutes or so at Brighton as, looking on the fly through I didn't see any mud, stiles, gates or navigational diffiuculties at Brighton :-)
