I am loving the weekday training sessions...hills and Yassos

6 miles of Yassos? That is impressive, how many are you doing Nikaim? I have 6 efforts to do next week

I have a cold. I never get ill. And I have a dodgy leg so am having a week off running. My body is giving up on me. Woe is me.

A break last week for various reasons meant only 25 miles done, realising that I was on course to do 74 this week led to CBA this morning regards my 12, 25 to 74 is a large jump right. Guilt is now telling me to go and do a quick 6 when I get back from shopping. Hmmm

FF I will do 6 x 800m steady with 6 800mm Yasso, they have been approx 3min 50 ish approx, have been trying to do this once a week, not using it as a marathon predictor but i quite enjoy it as a speed session more than shorter interval :)

Looking at the course, the best thing about Brighton is how much of it has runners coming in the opposite direction. With so many Fetchies running, it should be a veritable high-five fest! That'll help to pass the time...

I am planning on being 'in the zone', so I may not be high fiving.

Also, I probably best not show my face after 'lemongate'

Argh. The MBH has now decided my relatives live too far away, and I have to find a hotel room which doesn't cost a kabillion dollars. As if.

Burgess Hill Travel Inn still has rooms for about £56 on Saturday night, by the looks of their website you can only book if you stay two nights over that weekend though. Probably an idea to give them a call and see what they say about a one night stay. Or book 2 nights and cancel one later...
