I have just bought some noo shoos but I will have to look after them very carefully if I want them at optimum mileage for the marathon :-) Six weeks this weekend :-O

True, TT. But he won't make much money out of me taking pills before a run once every couple of years ;-)

I have new shoes ready for marathon day too. I don't know why it's so exciting, but it is :-)

I am in the process of breaking in my marathon shoes. :-)

Taking a week off running though as my calf / achilles is sore and niggling. Instead, I shall try and do some nice long runs in the Californian desert next week :-)
