I nearly quit running tonight

The 18 miles was absolutely awful, my head was totally f*cked, felt like crying at 13 when I knew I would only be half way through

WTF is the matter with me, I know I can run a marathon, I have run further than bloody 18 miles, why did it scare me so much?

FF, I think this point in folk's schedules is particularly 'challenging'... I feel like I can't run for toffee at the moment either. Dreading Woky Half on Sunday if I'm honest, legs are fecked, head is fecked... BUT I know it's all come together previously so there's a chance it'll happen again...

(I hope...) :-)
