Lizzie and I were at FP last year, I'm sure we can sort something out for this year too. Well, so long as the weather is as nice. If it rains you're on your own.

Hello my lovelies, I have to exit stage left from this year's Brighton extravaganzamarathonfest. My shins are refusing to let me run even a mile this week and after much deliberation and trying to get through it I think I will be courting a worse injury if I keep on at this point and I don't have a strong enough base to take a week to ten days out and pick back up where I am meant to be.

I will still be rooting for you all and wsh you the very best runs ever in training over the next (relatively few) weeks and on the day xxx
