That right Pootle.

Just walk down the hill from Preston Park Station, turn right at the main road, and you'll get to the start in a few minutes.

There will be a few hundred other runners doing the same thing, so could be tricky to get lost :)

I bet I could do it - get lost, that is. I could get lost going to bed sometimes ...

Looking forward to winning with everyone else - although after today's horrendous 15 miles I might have to settle for being 2nd ...

I hope there is a Fetchpoint - my housemate doesn't really understand this running lark, and won't be best pleased if he's expected to loiter on a street corner on his own to watch me struggle by ;) Better he be around some enthusiastic types to make him realise that running marathons is awesome and a good idea.
