I'll be staying with my parents in Eastbourne from the Friday night so I am definitely keen on getting over to Hove Park on Saturday for a parkrun. As long as we go steady, we'll all be fine for Sunday :)

But Ted, Fairie wants a pb and I have London the following week. My little leggies would be tired :-(

Roma, you'll be fine. And Fairie will get her PB - a little teensy weensy 5k won't stop her. :)

No Park run for me. I hhhhate 5k as a distance and I won't be making my fashionably late arrival into Brighton until the Saturday afternoon.

Ooooo just looking on their website and apparently there will be Cliff Bar Shot Blok stations at miles 12 and 18. Hmm, better than those manky lucozade gels we got at VLM last year.

Incidently, a friend of mine may have to drop out as he has hurt his arm, if anyone knows of people still looking for a place f-mail me.

What has he done to his arm that he has to pull out 2.5 months before? Will he miss that much training?

It's something to do with his shoulder and the arm, he did something to to the vertibrae (possibly) early last year and it's flared up again since we did 17 miles on Saturday (not sure how running is high impact on that area, but hey ho).

Anyway, apparently his arm is completly dead at the moment and he's seeing a neurosurgeon or something this week.

I'm a bad friend, I should really know what is wrong with him, shouldn't I?
