I did a pb at Brighton last year, it does have undulations, but it's not what I would call hilly, mind you I ran it about 6 weeks after running the grizzly which makes everything seem flat!

I would go for it in Brighton. The firsthalf has some undulations but they are all relatively easy. The second half is as flat a flat thing.

I think it has got to be, slow and steady week one, go for it in Brighton and slow and steady in London.

Can't wait either way.

Brighton is definitely a PB course. I think this is net downhill given it starts in Preston Park which, by my logic, must be higher than the finish on the prom by the sea. But it's deffo PB potential.

I'm hoping for a massive PB at Brighton. Training is going well, I've got a sensible plan, and I've got quite a soft current PB, after the cartilege in my knee snapped 19 miles into Dublin, breaking my comfy 3h20 pace to finish 3h43.

Except I'm going to hit Brighton/Hove parkrun on the Saturday, and I have a tendency to race my parkruns too hard before big races...
