Yes JO, a little depressing though t be honest, everyone was raving about it last year and I'm not sure why now, route looks a little boring and lots of ups and downs? Maybe I'm wrong but if not what exactly has it got going for it? I was hoping to get a good PB, you think it is the right race for it?

It's a great route - the out and back bit was a little soul destroying in places, but not too bad at all and the support there was phenomenal.

Well done Max and Poots :-)

Just under 17 miles for me tomorrow.

The out and back is a little dull to look at, but the support was amazing, crowds everywhere (apart from the little drag out to Rottingdean).

It was my first, and so far, only road marathon, so I dont have a comparison to make, but the atmosphere was amazing all the way round. I think thats why everyone enjoyed it.
This year is just meant to be bigger, so I can't imagine it wont be the same again, the town really put on a great day for us all.

Plus the out and back means that you can see the front runners as the whistle buy on the other side of the road, which I quite like.
