what plans are people following on here i just started one on the asics website,am bit concerned though as it says i only need to run 4x a week,any comments advice greatly appreciated.....

I dream of 4 times a week.... lucky if I can manage 3 but more often than not it's only one or two :-(
Luckily, my strategy involves only remaining upright and crossing the finish ;-)

I'm only running 4 times a week, exactly what I did when I trained for London. Remember you are going be be racking up some hign old mileage, you need to give your poor little legs time to recover!

I understand those 3 sessions are great. Any additional time is recovery/fun/time on feet.
I do enjoy getting in a forth run that gives me a chance to enjoy the journey - though I must admit I do look forard to my long runs at the weekend.
