Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Try Eastbourne - thats where we are staying (with OH's parents but its a relatively easy journey in on race morning). Or somewhere which is on the fast line from London...

No thanks, got one already. 20 miles done yesterday morning...before any white crap started trying to fall.:) Strange calf niggle developed in the last 3 miles. Not strained or pulled but annoying.

I got an odd calf problem last week, Garfield. A bit like being poked occasionally with a pin. Having had calf strains and achilles tendontis in the last year or so, I stopped my run at 11 miles. I googled it and it came up wth something like 'poor circulation.' I find that very hard to believe but I'll take that any day so long as I can still do the marathon.

Interesting magazine.

Now, can anyone tell me which nationwide supermarket chain sells the exact type of Gatorade that they're throwing at us?
