It used to be possible to link to a group from somewhere in the header, I cant see how to do that anymore.

I'm back running and if things go well for the rest of this week and I manage a 12 miler at the weekend I think I'll be ready to declare myself officially back and officially still on for Brighton.

It's a huge relief, I can tell you.

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
