Sometimes that's as good as cooking something myself, agreeing to a decent takeaway (and it is a very nice one, they do lovely prawns with ginger and spring onion, yum).

I can recommend Boydens Guest House if anyone's looking for accomodation in Brighton. 5 minute walk from the finish, lovely owners and they put a bottle of Cava in my room for when I got back. Cracking breakfast on Monday morning as well!!

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
