I've got a beautifully sunburned neck and a lovely V shape on my front. My face just looks glowingly healthy (so long as you ignore the fact that there is a big white stripe across my forehead from my headband). I think the top of my head might have caught a bit too much sun as well - felt quite groggy yesterday evening and it wasn't from alcohol as I didn't have a drop!

My feet cramped up a couple of times during the run yesterday and I had to sleep with my legs raised up on pillows last night, but today they are just a little bit sore and tight. I think I've escaped relatively unscathed :-)

I am totally exhausted, however, and could sleep for England.

Nicely tanned for me, though I do have silly marks. My legs feel pretty much normal too. I wish the same could be said regarding my hangover...

Last night I was in Never Again mode. Today I was looking at the Milton Keynes Marathon site to see if there are still places and wondering if my injury might heal in time to run it. Someone please call the men in white suits to take me away!!!

Yesterday I toddled around the most painful bits thinking 'thank god I'm not running London as well this year' (did both last year). Today I drove over Blackheath where everything is being set up for Sunday and thought 'I'd actually quite like to be running London as well this year ...'

I'm blaming it on the sun yesterday :-)

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Group Photo 08:15?

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
