Blowing a gale on the seafront earlier. Yes on the day, I'm leaving the family to their own devices. The stress earlier was trying to get ebdy packed and in the car to drive down to Sussex. Got soaked going to collect my race pack. Lovely husband dropped us off and picked us up from the station. And he's promised to get up early to drop me at the rail station tmrw. Though I'm hoping there'll be room for me to fit on the train by the time it gets to Hassocks.

Had an early dinner as I didn't fancy strolling around in this shite for much longer! Kit checked, laid out and checked again.

I hope to god I can get some decent sleep tonight-waking up at 6 this morning was not part of the plan.

Good luck for tomorrow everyone. I'm sure the sun will shine, but if it doesn't, we'll all just get wet wont we!!

Good luck everyone. I hope to see you all at Fetchpoint running comfortably at the pace you want to be running. Mile 19 on the left hand side, opposite a traffic island. Look for the red and yellow balloons.

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Group Photo 08:15?

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
