Curly and I are going down early tomorrow so we can get to the Expo for when it opens at 10am. Then it's off to Eastbourne to see my olds. :)

Weird - I've also got a head and will be wearing trousers. I hope people don't get us confused.

Pete, pasta and vaseline. I think I'll stick to pasta and pesto.

slipped on the path this morning :( - arch of foot and heel hurts and came back early from town - have iced and it feels much better

Oh no... and I made a mistake of not checking out my accommodation on Trip Advisor and found out it's a dump. May have to forfeit my money and find somewhere in Eastbourne to stay. Found a good candidate there that won't cost too much AND gets a good review!

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
