I've forgotten what it's like to run in 10 degrees. I've been wearing three layers (+ gloves) in all my runs throughout March and into April!

I quite like the desolate, smelly bit too. Though to be fair, I felt pretty desolate from 16 miles last year...

LOL! I have a nightmare project on the go that is keeping from panic mode. Good thing in a way, except for waking up too early.

Im liking reading about peoples thoughts on parts of the course, more!
Weather is good,I think. Unsure aswell what a 17mph wind feels like? Wind or Breeze?
The first 5 miles good, though the town?
Which are the busy bits (other than the finish)

Finished reading Charlie Spedding's Last to First this morning, very good read! Reinforces what a positive approach and commitment to a race can achieve!

Hackett
The start naturally is busy as is the first miles through Brighton .. The other part it gets busy is the loop at 9 miles before you head back to the pier for 13.1 miles .. They funnel the marathon into a single road. Apart from that its ok as a runner crowd wise the promenade is always busy .

The switchback bit through Hove has great crowd support - they play music on speakers in their gardens and are great.
