No joke intended on the mistakenly part as I thought it was ballot and they were only taking the credit card details in case I was successful. Imagine my surprise at my email telling me I'm 'IN.' Imagine my husband's surprise when I had to tell him, as he had hinted it may be possible to have the time to train for one but it wasn't a definite yes, not even a yes at all. If only i had seen this thread earlier I would have known about the early places not being ballot. Whoops.

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
