head and arm holes in the bin bag and Hey-Pestomum, instant wind-and-waterproof.

I intend to wear either a vest or t-shirt but i'm keeping the option of a thermal/long-sleeved top open for now.

I've a couple of new tops to choose from. One of thrm is plenty big enough for several layers underneath!

Just installed the app and it's as rubbish as the general admin. Keeps either crashing or causing my phone to crash

I've not had any problems with the App and it worked fine last year (although some of the time-checks came through late leding me to worry that some of our runners had packed it in when they were already in the pub celebrating).

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
