Bike-run brick sessions. Is my running meant to feel easier after having been on the bike than when I just go straight out for a normal run?? What am I doing wrong?!

No it's not supposed to feel easier. It takes me ages to get used to running again after the bike leg.

Yep the point of a brick session is to train you body to adapt more quickly to running after being on a bike.

My running doesn't feel easier after a bike but it is always significantly faster!! weird (but useful)
