Well it just got even more bizarre tonight, decided to run home from work which was lovely, breathing still naff but not as bad as the other night (warmer tonight too) but both my lower legs cramped, they were solid as rocks and no amount of stretching helped :(

left foot went into pins & needles. obvious thing is are my trainers too tight but they're no different than they have been and my trainers are more than loose enough.

Not happy, but bizarrely I enjoyed the run all the same :)

thanks for the links and advice I might well take a few days off ....... and see what happens

Got something to say?
