Yes. Easily. You'll still have a fair bit of residual fitness. Just set appropriate goals and you will be able to get around *and* enjoy it. |

Depends how well you want to do it. I walk up the hills and run on the flat and downhill. I did it off a 9 mile long run one year, but that was a little painful. I find flat marathons more of a worry. |
