Top result indeed flanker, I remeber a few years ago when sub was so close for you, I think since breaking that barrier it's been very much up and up. Although your days of catching up with Katie are over now

Maybe, maybe not. Back to with 15 mins of her again now :-). I know there's still more to come as I could feel the effect of the Beacons 40 in my legs, especially on the climbs and in the last few miles.
