there is such a thing as "not up to it" it is called sat on the sofa on my fat a**e for sixteen years and only having done a 5k, 10k and 7 miles this year since I started :-) I have signed up for 3 half maras next year but a half is way different to a full mara, and as for the TiT, the thought alone has me gibbering in a corner - talk to yp1 bet she could do it ;-)

Now would you really suggest on that training I attempt Brathay! Mind you if I cant eat all the cake the fetchpoint doesnt sound so much fiun now :p
