the 10 in 10 is on agian - closing date for entries is sept 12th - you'll have to be quick.at the moment there are 24 interested runners but the final decision will me made Sept 19th.

ha - I knew you'd pop up at the mention of cake! yes, 09 is the year of the windermere cakefest, so it would seem - so many birthdays around that time... good luck for Derwentwater trail - cake will get v. soggy I fear.....you doing Windy then? thought you had other plans?
